My Naval Association sent me this. Barry's service record indicates that he joined Nirimba in July 1961 and then obviously went General Service in 1962 and became an A/LS UW.
I regret to advise that the Barry crossed the bar in Perth last night (27/4) as a result of a brain haemorrhage.
He had served on HMAS Watson, HMAS Yarra 1963-64 and HMAS Vampire 1966-67.
