Viv, I'm assuming that those making that decision this year on your behalf have gone to the trouble of:

a. ascertaining that venue decided upon serves a late breakfast... and...
b. ascertaining that said breakfast menu is suitable and priced for your needs... and...
c. ascertained that said venue offers said service at 10:00AM on a Saturday... and...
d. a booking has been made in our name for around 20 people for Saturday 5th Nov....

...so there's no last minute surprises on the day...
