Well Hippy Chippy, just had a look at where you are going for the get together. Looks just like one of the runs I was always doing back when I was in. I always started off at the Brooky.

But you lucky people, wish I could join you all. Would love to be there with you. But i will be in Brisbane still working. So I hope you all enjoy yourselves.

As I said in an earlier post, I was only a probale starter due to work, I have since looked at the " program " and realized I would need several days off after the event ! ! !.

Burgo, unfortunately, Ned's staying in the only spare floorspace in my small pad, or should I more correctly say, when he folds out the 'nite'n'day' the won't BE any floor space...

Muppet74 is also looking for a place to plonk his head, perhaps you two could 'let your fingers do the walking' and share a B&B or a twin in the city somewhere... You might want to 'PM' RogerF to find out what he's doing...

Damn and double damn! Sounds like a great run down the Rocks Rick and Ned. I note that there are none of the "fairer sex" from the site attending ... It is not often we get to catch up with friends from the site(s) visiting from overseas. Never mind! Notice is too short to make arrangements now ... perhaps next time.

Spent many a Sunday afternoon at the Obby (Obeserver) in the late 80's, watching "Larnie" entertaining the troops and public alike. Heard a rumour that "she/shim" was an ex-Stoker (???) At any rate, Larnie provided a lot of laughs and was sad to hear of his/her passing some time back.

Doubt if I could keep up with you lot at any rate if you are either marching (yeah right ...), or "doubling" (ha ha hardy har har - excuuuuse my skepticism). My feet are still giving me curry two months down the track However, will be starting rehab mid month and hopefully that will get them on the road to recovery .... quicker!

Hope you all have a great time (you bunch of old codgers) ... perving on the locals (girls I hope ), and hoping to raise a reaction (the question is ... from who??? ). Seriously ... have fun and pace yourself on the Ouzo's Rick!!

Have you arranged an "escort " for " Ned on the red ". I'm bloody glad he is staying at your place and not mine L.O.L. ! ! ! . I thought I was an "OD Screamer " but he leaves me for dead, but one of the nicest guys I have had the opportunity to meet.
Yes....We haven't yet had a lady join us for a " run ". I think we should work on this. It would put some class and decorum into our "events".

I have to drop my daughter off with the Naval Cadets at GID 1030 Saturday morning. It will be the last time I see her for three months so I will be at the Brooklyn around 1100 ready to burn and turn. Wife says I am not to come home until Sunday.
