I, like Neddley, have been struck by the dreaded date clash bug.

I was rather hoping to partake for the second year of hopefully a long string of years but not to be .

Daughter No 1 is launching her first CD with her band in north east Vic.

I was holding out on answering the call to arms , sorry glasses, hoping that the events wouldn't clash but sadly I lost!!

I would't be forgiven for a vvveeeeerrrrrryyyyyyyy long time if I didn't turn up at the CD gig.

Definately a fixed weekend would be more suitable for forward planning

I'm afraid I have to beg off as well..my son is coming home from Iraq for a few weeks R&R before he heads back...so I'll pop up to Qld and see him during that time.

Fixed date sounds like a great idea.

Can't be at this one unfortunately due to to family commitments (sons wedding) and SWMBO wouldn't understand.

Gee it such a shame Ned can't make it. I will have a couple of drinks for him if he sends the money up Who will be the Navigator . I will be up on Saturday morning, so ill miss the "basin trails" on Friday. What time and were does our "cultural tour" of the Rocks begin ?
