The good Chief Writer is currently burning some leave and will return towards the end of the month. Upon his return I will propose a strategy meeting to be held on a Friday arvo at "Krusties Korner" aka The Bells Hotel; a known watering hole for older sailoring men - like Reservists on CFTS and the like, to work out starting time and place and which of these salubrious premises we might need to leave out.

Matey, as 'the local Balmain boy', plus one of the itrepid trio who test-drank their way through most of the pubs you've listed, I'm more than happy to let you, Stew and Buck pick the best selection, then I'll have a go at the mud map from there...

You've been on enough runs with us to know what we like, nice pub, good cold beer, easy walking distance between drinks, throw in a bit of eye candy, a band or two, that always enhances our thirst...

And don't forget the plan (timetables) to ferry back to 'Jackson's on Geoerge' or 'The Orient' for the public transport access...
