You may be back to 17, Rick! Yesterday I discovered a termite infestation in the eaves of my house.

It's been sprayed, but the exploratory work I commence tomorrow will determine the extent of the problem.

...and the extent of the problem will determine whether or not I attend - even though I've bought the airline tickets.....

I'm getting real sick of being gut-kicked.
