When: Every day. Check the calendar below for upcoming available dates in bold

Where: We meet at Harts Pub, Essex St & Gloucester Street, The Rocks

Start: 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, and 6:30 pm. If you are running late, give us a call but please, please, please be on time. Your guide will love you for it!

End: The tours take approximately two and a half hours and finish at an iconic pub in The Rocks.

EXPLORE SYDNEY’S HISTORY AND PUBS
Drink In History on this historic walking tour of some of Sydney’s oldest pubs. Between watering holes, your guide will take you through the alleys and cobbled streets of The Rocks
as they share the gossip, shouts, and stories of Australia’s first European settlement. Hear about the legends, gangs, and hauntings of this distinctive neighbourhood as you sample
some of its finest libations.

After your Sydney pub tour, you can join your tour mates and other revellers at an iconic pub for a meal and another beer, or two…

This Sydney tour includes a choice of a beer (285ml/10oz), house wine, or soft drink at each pub and a two and a half hour guided walking tour of The Rocks, highlighting:

- The fight for the title “Sydney’s Oldest Pub”
- How the Larrikin Gangs ruled the Rocks
- What’s the 6 O’Clock Swill?
- Where Bubonic Plague started and how it was controlled
- The fight for The Rocks

Because our pub tours are truly behind the scenes experiences sometimes our plans need to change to accommodate brewery operations. And sometimes we just know about beer
goings on around town that are worth checking out, so we may change some parts of our tours. Whilst these changes are rare, we do reserve the right to make them. If you do have
a MUST-SEE beer spot, please let us know when making your booking and we’ll do all we can to make it happen.

Ahh! Sounds like you are thinking of going into business Rick! :yea:
I am sure a better job could be done. I recall doing a "ghost tour at night" with the a senior leadership team of a company I was working in, and the tour was pretty basic for anyone who had history in the rocks, but the "civvies" found it entertaining as they knew little of it. :roll:

:-k It reflects a few venue updates/ venue name changes, such as the starting point of City Extra, (it was Jackson's on George,) the addition of The Argyle, and a name change
to the Munich Bauhaus (formally the Lowenbrau Keller). I may make further enhancements and artistic tweaks, but the route is now firmed up... :drink 42: Enjoy... :ouzo:
