Mal Miles 1965 intake

I just saw that Mal Miles has sadly died while windsurfing earlier this week. When I get more information I will post more.
He was into surfing when we were at FMPW in the mid 1970's.
Married to Liz if it is the Mal miles I'm thinking of.

New Mal at Nirimba and then at Lonsdale great guy had a great zest for life. Sad news indeed.

Bugger. Only bad news nowadays.
Swapped draft with Mal, 1976, his missus was pregnant....????, had a draft to Vendetta.
Mal was in Melbourne at the time.
Me, pulling up stumps at the end of 12, had a post to, y'know, buggered if I can remember, but she was going into refit in Melbourne.
Pussers at it again. Smart, clever, bastards, in Canberra?
Last shopping trip for me, couldn't get the paperwork done fast enough. I'd been put on the fireheap, bored shitless at Moreton, given up.
As is always the case, it is the bloody nice harmless buggers that get it up the bum.
