Firstly let me say that Ned and I are delighted with the rapid growth of our membership since our launch 3 weeks ago today...! Its certainly justified our time and effort and our financial outlay... 
However, if you thought that we can just put our feet up and relax, its just the opposite... We've both been flat out since the launch, and until we get everything sorted out the way it
should be, there doesn't seem to be any 'early retirement' for either of us in the forseeable future...!
Over our first few weeks of operation, we've had no les than
10 FAILED REGISTRATIONS due to INCORRECT E-MAIL DETAILS...! 
When registering on
RAN Skilled Hands the system will tell you immediately
(in a pop-up box) that your registration was successful... (however, that's only
half the truth and
half the process...)
The system then automatically generates an e-mail and
SENDS IT TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU PUT ON YOUR REGISTRATION APPLICATION... 
If you entered your e-mail address correctly, this automatically generated e-mail will contain a 'link', (
a string of text in blue and underlined,) which the e-mail tells you to 'click' on in order to 'verify', 'validate' or 'confirm' your membership...
Your membership is NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THIS STEP... 
If you
INCORRECTLY ENTERED YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IN THE INITIAL REGISTRATION FORM, you won't receive your 'link' to validate your connection, instead, we will receive a 'failed e-mail' notification... and more frustrating detective work to do to try to help the Member get on board...!!!
And it certainly doesn't make it any easier if the potential Member has filled out his registration as
'freddie@hotmail.com.au' and given us absolutely nothing else to go by to begin our search to correct his errors
(in this case its easier, we' just drop the '.au' off his e-mail and send him a 'helpful' e-mail...!!!) 
SO PLEASE, PLEASE, if you are going to take advantage of the fun and interactivity that this Forum/ Website offers, show us the courtesy of respecting our request to REGISTER CORRECTLY... (then check it TWICE before hitting the 'SUBMIT' button...)

'Registration for Dummies', which spells out EXACTLY HOW TO FILL IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM...
We've also had numerous request already from Members complaining that they have no idea who it is they're talking to... This Forum Website was launched to CONNECT like-minded friends and individuals... NOT TO ACT AS A FEEL-GOOD FORUM FOR A WHOLE LOT OF ANONYMOUS PEOPLE HIDING BEHIND NICKNAMES...! 
So before I let the SUPER MODERATORS loose on cleaning up the Memership Lists, for those who weren't sure what we meant by 'registering correctly' when you joined us, or who just decided to 'short circuit' the process, you can get in to update/ complete your registration details in the correct format by clicking on 'Profile' in the top left hand side of this page, and following our guidelines... (Ask for our guidelines if you're not sure...)
DON'T FORGET TO HIT THE 'SUBMIT" BUTTON when you're finished to upload your new details...
