Thanks Guys for all the info. I wanted the list of those who had actually died whislt on duty for the wreath laying ceremony at the War Memorial during the Nirimba 50th Reunion. As that has well and truly passed, any more info is now not required. Many thanks for those who did assist.

The Tiffy lost overboard from HMAS Kimbla was in fact Rodney Kim Jackson (Jan 1967 Intake). He was swept overboard by the 3rd of 3 freak waves, no drums involved, that washed over Kimbla whilst she was navigating the channel between the Rip and the open sea from Melbourne and yes he was never found....
