Thanks Brian.....wow!!, I was thinking it was a little earlier than that, but you are right now that I think about it. Anyway, I still have this recollection of Wayne as being very approachable, and the other things I said in my previous post.

Shared a cabin with Billy Chick and Wayne was a senior in our hut at the time. Can barely remember what term it was these days. Always polite, even tempered and funny. Treated us well and we respected him for that. Rest In Peace.

Rest in peace Frank. Taken way too soon. Was a pretty handy Aussie Rules player when we played in the under 17s and 19s etc for Nirimba in the early days.

RIP Ray. I was his assistant at FHQ from 1980-83 when he was the Fleet Shipwright Officer.
